A- BELL TOWER BUILDING WITHOUT THE ROOF ASSEMBLY
The Bell Tower is a three-story steel-frame building with an exterior featuring brick and pre-cast stone panels. Its colors match the Foundations Bank and Executive Center building, to the west.

The first floor’s educational center brings history to life with information on various wars and conflicts, emphasizing the role of Wisconsin veterans. This floor will be entirely finished and include the visitor lavoratory.

The building’s second floor is where ringers pull the ropes to ring the bells. The third floor, or belfry, houses the eight change-ringing bells.

B- BELL TOWER ROOF ASSEMBLY
The roof is composed of roof trusses, standing seam metal roof and spire. It may be a manufactured unit to be hoisted in place as one assembly.

C- BUILDING CLOCKS
Two 42-inch diameter clocks, on the building’s south and north faces, will be visible from Capitol Drive and Highfield Court.

D- FLAG COURT
The three-flag court, visible from Capitol Drive, includes the USA, Wisconsin and POW-MIA flags, lighted for twenty-four hour observance.

E- BUILDING DOOR ARCHES
The arches call attention to the memorial and accent its entries. These arches will be labeled “Veterans Memorial.”
