The firm has assisted so many individuals with the management of medication. It has assisted so many individuals who are part of the Treatment-Resistant Depression category as well. “TMS” is an abbreviation for Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation. This is a non-invasive treatment program that has the support of the FDA (Food & Drug Administration) of the United States. If classic depression treatments have done nothing for your situation, TMS may be the finest channel. It’s critical to acknowledge that there are many people in this world who do not react to antidepressants.

TMS Health Solutions is a practice that prioritizes psychiatry. It takes health insurance, too. The majority of well-known insurance carriers accept TMS therapy. They usually accept the management of medication as well. TMS Health Solutions-Restoring Hope in their Patients

TMS Health Solutions offers help for those suffering from clinical depression-particularly those that have Treatment-Resistant Depression. TMS therapy San Francisco is able to help patients who have a resistance to common medications used to treat depression and who have all but lost hope. TMS therapy San Francisco also offers psychiatric services as well as Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation.

Patients of TMS Health Solutions will receive psychological therapy such as cognitive behavioral therapy or interpersonal therapy. They will also receive a medical assessment and medication if needed. TMS Health Solutions also offers ECT therapy. There are various treatment options and combinations, and a treatment plan will be customized for every patient for the highest chance of success.

TMS Health Solutions uses the butterfly as its symbol because it represents the changes that their patients go through to begin a new chapter in their lives free from depression. When a patient goes through their treatment, they are transforming into the person that they really are and not just a shell of themselves.

The symptoms of depression can include feelings of anxiety, hopelessness, worthlessness, and the inability to concentrate. Depression can be debilitating to live with and needs to be treated since it will not likely go away on its own.

Clinical depression is hard to live with and needs treatment. For those who have Treatment-Resistant depression, TMS can be their only hope. 6.7 percent of the population will experience at least one episode of depression just this year according to the CDC. Another 14 percent will experience a depressive episode at least once in their lifetime.

Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation therapy is non-invasive, and it takes about 30 minutes to an hour for one session. The total duration of the treatment plan can range form four weeks to eight weeks, depending on the severity of depression that a person has and their responsiveness to treatment. TMS makes a good alternative to antidepressants and does not have many of the side effects that many antidepressants cause in their patients such as sexual issues, weight gain, or sedation.

TMS Health Solutions was founded by Dr. Richard Bermudes in 2007. He wanted to create a practice that provided not only medication but a more thorough treatment plan for his patients. This treatment plan does not simply medicate the patient, but it involves the patient’s therapist, primary caregiver, and psychologist in order to better understand and thus treat the patient.

What Are Good Gifts Your Loved Ones Will Appreciate For A Long Time? Ask Chris Burch

Chris Burch once built his own big company practically from scratch, and now he’s a part of the tech entrepreneur world and his company Burch Creative Capital has funded so many new companies. One of Burch’s particular interests is in fashion and lifestyle companies, and the reason is because these companies usually have great gifts in their product inventory. He shared the kind of gifts he personally loves to give loved ones in a blog post recently and those items included a nice warm Barbour Gisbourne leather jacket when the seasons turn cold, a US Jaclean Zero-Gravity massage chair, and for those who want something a little more simple goodies from Fatty Sunday’s or Pretzables can also be touching.  Check releasefact.com.

Burch has built his company portfolio up into one of the biggest holders in US-based startups, and it also happens to be the majority stakeholder in Nihiwatu Resort, the world’s top-rated vacation destination. But he started out as a college student in the 1970s who was making money on the side selling sweaters on his campus. While the business started out small, he started investing more time into it and soon he was making greater profits than he imagined. He soon bought a manufacturing plant for his new company as well as department stores and named the company Eagle Eye Apparel (bjtonline.com).  The company saw sales exceed the hundreds of millions of dollars in its time, and Burch ended up selling it in 1998. Burch’s next few business deals included investing with the Internet Capital Group, Guggenheim Partners and Tory Burch fashion. He officially started Burch Creative Capital in 2008 and also started getting more involved in real estate deals.

Chris Burch made his first big real estate investment in 2004 when he bought an ownership stake into construction of architect Alan Faena’s Hotel + Universe in Buenos Aires in 2004. In the following years he started buying up million-dollar homes and flipping them, and he also bought another property in the Faena Group’s portfolio in 2011 that became a luxury condo in Miami. Burch made the big acquisition of Nihiwatu Resort in 2013 and not only had several fancy beachfront villas built on the property, but also a home of his own that he visits during parts of the year that’s known for its glass swimming pool overlooking the ocean. Burch was also quoted in Forbes when he reached billionaire status in 2012.

An Exceptional Mathmatician

Micheal Thoreau Lacey, born September 26, 1959, is an exceptional individual. To begin, Lacey has been a working mathematician for nearly thirty years. This is an incredible accomplishment by any margin. Furthermore, in his time as a mathematician, Lacey has proven himself to be completely devoted to the field.

By investing time in the field’s betterment, Lacey has proven his passion goes far beyond a simple paycheck. Moving forward, Lacey has always managed the difficult task of balancing his professional and personal life. This is an exceptionally difficult task in mathematics, where the hours are long and the competition is stiff.

Lacey has done it all the same, however, and it is a fact that lends him further credence. Additionally, Lacey has made huge strides in several different fields, many of which are infamous for their difficulty. In summary, Lacey is a credit to the mathematics community.

Lacey’s list of accomplishments is nothing if not expansive. The master of a staggering number of disciplines, Lacey’s work is extremely impressive. Having undergone rigorous research efforts in Banach Spaces, Ergodic Theory, and even Harmonic Analysis, Lacey’s body of work is second to none.

These fields have eluded the grasp of even the most talented mathematician, and Lacey mastered them all the same.

Moving along, Lacey’s work in these fields have left a tangible impact in the mathematics world. By cultivating a culture of excellence and passion, Lacey has given the next generation of mathematicians a hard act to follow.

Lacey has by no means gone unrewarded for his efforts. On the contrary, Lacey is the recipient of a large number of prestigious awards. In 1996, Lacey was made the professor of mathematics at the world famous Georgia University of Technology.

This honor has only served to give Lacey’s skills as an academic further credence. Additionally, Lacey was awarded the Salem Prize for his work in studying the Hibert Transform, an extremely difficult area of study.

Lastly, Lacey was made a fellow of the American Mathematics Society for this body of work. Even when considering the greatness that came before, this may very well be Lacey’s highest honor. In short, Lacey is everything a mathematician should strive to become.

The American Institute of Architects and True Commitment

The architectural community received a big news update toward the end of 2010 in December. The AIA (American Institute of Architects) gave Robert Ivy, FAIA the distinction of being its newest Chief Executive Officer. It even gave him the Executive Vice President honor. He started taking on both of these important rules in early February of 2011. It didn’t take this architecture expert long at all to get to work.

Professionals who are part of the architectural field already knew all about Ivy. He was Architectural Record’s effective Editor in Chief at that time. He had maintained that vital role since the middle of the nineties. He also worked for McGraw-Hill Construction as its Editorial Director and Vice President. Ivy in the past had a career with Dean/Dale, Dean and Ivy. He functioned as a managing partner for close to 14 years. He was an Ivy Architects principal, too.

Ivy has received recognition for his work in architecture. He got the esteemed Crane Award back in 2009. The Crane Award is desirable for one significant reason. There is honestly no media acknowledgement that surpasses it in the business realm. Alpha Rho Chi is a widely known architectural fraternity that called Ivy a “master architect” in 2010.

This leader has been tireless in his attempts to assist the architectural world. He has a devotion to all kinds of environmental, political and social components that involve the built community in any way. He’s proud to be part of the American Institute of Architects as well. Ivy has been on the group’s Board of Directors since all the way back in the nineties.

Robert Ivy is a skillful architect who has a penchant for contemporary and effective structural design elements. His life started in Columbus, a Mississippi city that’s part of Lowndes County. Robert Ivy went to Sewanee University to pursue and attain his B.A. (bachelor’s degree). He went to Tulane University to get his architecture master’s degree as well. He’s happy to live in Washington, D.C. right now.

The American Institute of Architects was brought into existence decades and decades ago in 1857. It has symbolized architectural achievement for many years. It doesn’t concentrate solely on architectural accomplishments just in the United States, either. It simultaneously concentrates on architectural work in all parts of the planet. Some of the architects who made this group come into existence are Richard Morris Hunt, Joseph C. Wells, Fred A. Petersen and Henry Dudley.

This group has a massive membership. It includes 90,000 plus architects who have licensing. This number includes many associated professionals as well. The organization is composed of five distinctive membership categories. These categories are Allied, Emeritus, International Associate, Associate and standard Architect.

Dr. David Samadi Says The Best Way To Deal With Prostate Cancer Is By Surgery

Men who are more than 60 years old and have prostate cancer should have them removed by surgery. This is according to the opinion of Dr. David Samadi, a Urologist at Lenox Hill Hospital. Actually, he is more than a regular doctor at the hospital. He is its Chairman and he is also a board certified urologist. He bases his opinion on the actual experiences of three prominent political figures in the United States, Mitt Romney, Colin Powell, and John Kerry who are all in their mid-60s.

Annoying cold sores and fever blisters are bad enough. But even worse are blindness, birth defects and even cancer which at times have been attributed to a very common form of a virus that up to 90% of Americans have been exposed to – the herpes virus. Herpes simplex virus or HSV is a virus that can appear in various parts of the body, most commonly the genitals or mouth. Once we have the virus inside of us, we can’t get rid of it on our own. It can lie in dormancy inside cells for long periods of time until something triggers it to flare up causing various symptoms. #health #healthtips #prevention

A post shared by David B Samadi, MD (@drdavidsamadi) on

All three have undergone surgery to treat their prostate cancers. Romney has recently announced that he has undergone this type of surgery and came out successfully treated. Dr. Thomas Ahlering performed the successful surgery on Romney. Some have speculated why Romney made this interesting announcement. They believe that he must be thinking of running again for president and tacitly telling the voters that he can because he is in the pink of health.

Colin Power, George Bush II’s Secretary of State, on the other hand, was also operated on and had his prostate gland removed in 2003. The third politician to undergo prostate surgery is John Kerry, President Obama’s State Secretary. It seems Kerry has had no remissions ever since his operation. All three men are in their mid or late 60s. That’s no mere fluke as the statistics will show.

It appears that prostate cancer develops in men who are in their advanced years. The statistics reveal that in 10 cases of the malady, 6 occur in men who are 65 years old and above. It was also indicated in these stats that those who are below 40 years of age have very low risk of contracting this disease since it rarely develops at this earlier stage.

In Samadi’s opinion, surgery is the best way to handle the problem of prostate cancer. He bases his opinion on the experiences of the three political figures mentioned above. All three have successfully licked the problem by undergoing surgery. They have not chosen the other method of dealing with the problem – radiation. Their doctors must have known that it is better to operate than to radiate.

Dr. Samadi was not just expressing his personal opinion about the better results of surgery for prostate cancer compared to the other method of radiation. He bases his belief on his many years of experience as a urologist. At Lenox Hill Hospital, he is also the Chief of Robotic Surgery. He must have used this advanced form of surgery many times to treat his patients suffering from prostate cancer.

Dr. David Samadi’s Take on Surgery Versus Radiation Therapy Debate

Urologic diseases are prevalent in America, with prostate cancer being the most common in American men. Risk factors for prostate cancer are mostly beyond the control of prostate cancer patients. They include race, old age, and family history. A significant portion of men diagnosed with prostate cancer—over 99 percent—are aged 50 or older. The disease, luckily, is curable, especially if it is localized to the prostate gland. Statistics intimate that over 90 percent of men diagnosed with prostate cancer have it localized to their prostates.

Wishing Everyone Happy New Year!

A post shared by David B Samadi, MD (@drdavidsamadi) on

In 2017, 161,360 American men were diagnosed with prostate cancer. Mitt Romney, the former Republican presidential nominee, was among the men diagnosed with the disease. Just like other men, Romney had to select between the two treatment options available, either radiation therapy or surgery. Romney settled for surgery, which was performed by Dr. Thomas Ahlering at UC Irvine Hospital in California. Apparently, the surgery was successful as Romney is rumored to be gearing up to run for Senate seat in Utah, once vacated by the incumbent.

Romney is among the prominent American politicians who survived prostate cancer. Some of them include Colin Powell, former Secretary of State, and John Kerry. More men, led by the three, are opting for their prostates to be removed surgically rather than undergoing radiation therapy.

Dr. David Samadi

He is among the reasons surgery is gaining popularity in America as the preferred prostate cancer treatment option. Dr. Samadi is a popular urologist, who leverages every opportunity he gets in television, the internet, and in medical publications to create awareness about prostate cancer.

Dr. Samadi, based at Lenox Hill Hospital, believes surgery is the way to go because it does not encourage the development of secondary cancers. When used to treat prostate cancer, radiation therapy may trigger bladder and rectal cancers. In addition, statistics have confirmed that more prostate cancer patients succumb to death when treated with radiation therapy as opposed to when treated with surgery.

Dr. Samadi, however, urges prostate cancer patients to be keen when picking a urologist, who will put them under the knife. He notes that a lot could go wrong when removing a patient’s prostate through surgery. Some documented complications include loss of urinary continence and impaired sexual function.

Dr. Samadi has dedicated his practice to prostate cancer, its diagnosis and treatment. At Lenox, he is in charge of robotic surgery and the facility’s urology department.
